Who are the TabooTalker?
Sandra Baron
(BCC- Baron Coaching-Consulting)
Sandra has lived and worked in Berlin for almost 30 years. After her first 10 years in management, she has been successfully traveling nationally and internationally as an executive coach, corporate (culture) changer and large group curator for 20 years.
Whether she is coaching a CEO on the terrace of a bungalow on the Indian Ocean, working on the topic of trust and deep listening with teams/companies or just getting new ideas out of the sky while paragliding at 2000m altitude: she has made it her heart's mission to lead people, teams and organizations to their highest potential.
Inspired by the death of her life partner, she completed training as an end-of-life caregiver in 2024 and has been working as a volunteer in an outpatient hospice ever since.
Her work as an executive coach, her own experience of the menopause and her encounters with death have made her the TabooTalker she is today. This is why she is driven to break the taboo on the topic of “women and careers in the menopause” in companies, as well as to bring death out of the taboo zone.
“I know that with every taboo I address, I become more unashamed, more vulnerable and more authentic. I am a game changer - I love the adventure of moving outside my comfort zone and also taking my clients to places where playful curiosity drives their own actions. I started practicing handstands when I was 45 and discovered ice bathing in combination with breathwork 3 years ago.
> brilliant for hot flushes, by the way ;-)..."
Her two central questions: “What are you passionate about and what would you change if you knew it was easy?”
She has also been an ambassador for the European Network for Female Entrepreneurship for 15 years and has been a role model entrepreneur recognized by the BMWI since 2014.
Here is a complete profile with a little more background information.
